Opelucid Gym
After you have received your eighth and final Gym Badge, go into the teleporter nearby and leave the Gym.

When you arrive outside, you'll find Professor Juniper waiting for you. She will show you to Route 10, then will hand you the Master Ball. This ball is the ultimate ball -- it has a 100% chance of catching the Pokemon. Typically, you cannot earn or buy any others in the game, save one for this game only.
But I digress.
Return to the Pokemon Center and heal your party. Then go north onto Route 10.

In the gatehouse, you will be notified of a big storm on Route 7. If you go there, and to the house east of the Celestial Tower, you will be pulled inside and learn of the legendary Pokemon Tornadus and Thundurus. Go outside and east to find yours (Tornadus in Black; Thundurus in White). It will now roam the Unova region and is very hard to catch. (On a trivial note, Tornadus is, thus far, the only non-glitch Pokemon in existence to be solely of the Flying type.)
Anyhow, back onto Route 10. Near the start is a battle-able Battle Girl. In the nearby grass, you'll find three item balls. The easternmost one is Full Heal; the others contain Foongus.
Anyhow, go up the two staircases to the east and battle the Ace Trainer, then go further east to battle a Veteran. Further east, Cheren will stop you for a battle.

As for Cheren's | | starter, your simian Pokemon should have that covered at Lv. 48+. As for | | the other two, either one of them should be able to handle it. | |____________________________________________________________________________|
After the battle, Cheren shall restore your Pokemon to full health. Bianca will then come and give you some Max Revives, which fully heal a KO'ed Pokemon.
When you regain control, go north and through the grass. You'll find some item balls in the vincinity -- the ones in the darker grass contain Amoonguss. The western ones contain a Hyper Potion and a Dawn Stone. There is also a Black Belt nearby to battle. Go to the west to find a Hiker to battle.
Go across the bridge and speak with the Veteran to find a Dusk Stone. Go along the river to the east to find TM05 (Roar). Go down the ledge and to the east, past where you battled Cheren. Continue east to the grassy patch to find a Full Restore, then battle the Ace Trainer nearby, and the Veteran further east.
You'll find a semi-eroded building to the north. This is the Badge Check Gate. Go on in and you will through eight areas and eight doors, each of which the nearby person unlocks, but only if you have the requested badge.
At the end, you will enter Victory Road.

<= Outside =>
Go inside.
<= 1F =>
Go to the water. Surf on it and go to the northwestern corner to find a Max Revive. Return to and ascend the stairs.
<= 2F =>
Battle the nearby Ace Trainer and walk southwest to go outside.
<= Outside =>
Outside, you'll find a Veteran explaining to an Ace Trainer how to slide down the inclines. You should go east slide down the cliff near the fence opening, then go inside to the cave to the east.
<= 1F =>
Walk around or Surf across the water to your north. As for the second patch, you can Surf across it to find a Rare Candy. Go back near the first patch and go up the western stairs.
<= 2F =>
Ignore the exit to the outside; go north and up the stairs.
<= 3F =>
Battle the nearby Ace Trainer; afterwards, go outside.
<= Outside =>
This will put you near the Ace Trainer from earlier that was too scared to go down the cliff. Go east to find a fence opening and slide down to find TM12, Taunt. Return up here and go west of the Ace Trainer and into the first doorway you can find.
<= 3F =>
Defeat the Veteran nearby. Going down the stairs to the east is rather useless (if you don't want to go back to the near-beginning). Instead, take the northernmost staircase.
<= 4F =>
Battle and defeat the nearby Ace Trainer. Then head outside.
<= Outside =>
Pick up the Full Restore nearby. Return to the location of the Ace Trainer that wouldn't go down the cliff and enter the westernmost doorway.
<= 3F =>
Battle the nearby Black Belt and then go up the stairs nearby.
<= 4F =>
Battle the nearby Doctor. Defeat him and he'll heal your Pokemon; speak to him whenever and he'll heal them again. Go up the western mini-staircase and go along the path. You'll soon find a Strength boulder. Push it into the hole. Use the Dowsing MCHN and you should be able to find a Revive nearby.
When done, walk up the eastern staircase.
<= 5F =>
For a Calcium, go outside, down the western fence opening, inside, and you can get it. Before hopping over the ledge -- you know, forget it. The backtracking you'll have to do (from the beginning forward) is almost not worth it. Anyhow, if you desperately need that Ultra Ball, go outside, across the bridge, and slide down.
Anyhow, when you return to 5F, go up the stairs.
<= 6F =>
Battle and defeat the nearby Ace Trainer. Then go out the western doorway to find a Full Heal. Return inside and exit to the east.
<= Outside =>
There will be two gaps in the fence here. Slide down the eastern one to find a stone walkway. Go on in.
<= 2F =>
Go along the path and up two staircases and battle the Veteran nearby. Continue further along and up another staircase.
<= 7F =>
The set of stairs across from you leads to a previously visited location. However, it is useful for those that have previously caught Cobalion. Go down them and push the boulder into the hole. Go west and through the cave opening (won't be there until you catch Cobalion).
This is the Trial Chamber. "Speak" with Terrakion -- the Pokemon inside -- to battle it.

From there, you'll want to Paralyze, put it to Sleep, or you | | can Freeze. I recommend the first, since it will be made permanent. After | | you have done this, throw your Dusk Balls (because of the cave, they are | | 2x more likely to work than an Ultra Ball), and then your Ultra Balls if | | you run out. You likely WILL -- this Pokemon is insanely hard to catch at | | 1 HP and Paralyzed, for some reason. Return to 7F and go outside.
<= Outside =>
That's it. If you don't want a Nugget, TM02 (Dragon Claw), or TM93 (Wild Charge), you are free to go through the exit to the north to the Pokemon Leage.
If you DO want these items, go west to find a Pokemon Ranger. Slide down on his east side to find a Nugget. Go north of the Nugget and along the path to find TM02 (Dragon Claw). You'll be back near Black Belt Tyrone. You'll have to work your way back up from here.
If you want the TM93 (Wild Charge), you'll have to slide down from the west side of the Ranger. Then you'll have to work back from the beginning. >_<
Pokemon League
The Pokemon League... The residence of the Elite Four and the Champion, the five strongest Trainers of the Unova region. They each train a different type, except the very-varied Champion, and, on top of this, you cannot leave the area during the fighting series -- no Pokemon Center, item shopping, nothing. What you come with is what you're allowed. The main difference is that you can choose the order in which you fight the Elite Four.
Your first priority upon arriving is to go into the westernmost building and heal your Pokemon. Go to the item shop nearby and stock up on lots of Hyper Potions (30+), Full Restores (20+), Revives (15+), and Full Heals (20+).
Now, you need to set up your party. The Elite Four have Pokemon trained in a matter like the Gyms. Their main focuses are on Ghost, Dark, Psychic, and Fighting type Pokemon. Here is a decent party:
~ Your starter, Lv. 55+. ~ Your simian Pokemon, Lv. 54+. ~ Virizion, Lv. 54+. (Best used with a Fighting and Grass move for Grimsley.) ~ Durant, Lv. 54+. (Bug moves are super-effective on Caitlin's Psychics.) ~ Gothitelle/Reuniclus, Lv. 54+. (Psychics for fighting Marshal's Pokemon.) ~ Scrafty, Lv. 54+. (Dark hurts Shauntal; Fighting hurts Grimsley.)
The above Pokemon have their type advantages mostly focused on the individual Elite Four. Virizion functions best against the Dark-trainer Grimsley. Durantwill function best against the Psychic trainer, Caitlin, because Bug is super-effective and Steel resists Psychic. Gothitelle and Reuniclus (they are version-specific) work best against Marshal's Pokemon -- those all are of the Fighting type, and Gothitelle and Duosion are Psychic. Scrafty is part-Dark, meaning it can work well on Shauntal's Ghosts, and part-Fighting, which is a pain bonus towards Grimsley. In fact, its Dark moves can also work well on Caitlin, and Scrafty will be immune to the Psychic moves.
Your starter and simian's best points can vary. The Grass-types will do good against two of Shauntal's Pokemon and one of Grimsley's; the Water-types will do good and two of Shauntal's Pokemon and one of Grimsley's; the single-Fire types (ie. Simisear) will work good on one of Grimsley's; Pignite and Emboar(the Fighting-type counts, too) will do good on all of Grimsley's Pokemon. So consider this.
As for hold items, consider having the Pokemon hold items that boost the moves that you plan to use. For example, give Durant a SilverPowder.
If you couldn't get all of your slots filled for some reason, another thing to consider are decoys. If your main Pokemon gets KO'ed, switch to a decoy so you can heal it. This is usually an HM slave. Roggenrola or its evolutions are the best for this, because their ability prevents OHKOs.
Speak with the man in front of the central platform thing and he'll move aside and let you go to fight the Elite Four.
Now, as I said earlier, you can fight them in any order. Just go into the doorway of a room to deal with the Elite Four inside. There are four doorways. I will cover their trainers from the left to the right.
PLEASE NOTE I PROBABLY WILL MAKE MANY REFERENCES TO THE ABOVE TEAM. I HAVE DETERMINED THEM TO BE ONE OF THE BEST PARTIES FOR THIS POINT IN THE GAME, AND I WILL ASSUME YOU HAVE THEM.

Virizion and | | your Grass starter/simian can help with Krookodile while a Fire-type can | | help with Bisharp. Psychics in general are a bad idea here -- the moves | | won't affect Dark types, and Dark type moves will deal double damage. | |____________________________________________________________________________| ____________________________ | BOSS: Elite Four Caitlin \ |_____________________________\______________________________________________ | Pokemon: Reuniclus (Lv. 48) Psychic | | Musharna (Lv. 48) Psychic | | Sigilyph (Lv. 48) Psychic/Flying | | Gothitelle (Lv. 50) Psychic | |----------------------------------------------------------------------------| | Reuniclus is weak to Dark, Ghost, and Bug. | | | | Musharna also is weak to Dark, Ghost, and Bug. | | | | Sigilyph is weak to Rock, Ice, Electric, Dark, and Ghost. Aside from that, you really shouldn't bring out Scrafty or | | Durant. Once you defeat the fourth member and the statue in the middle lights up, go to it and press A on the plaque-thing on the front. When you get onto the lower level, go up the long staircase.
You will find N and Alder in the room, facing each other. N soon reveals that Alder had once lost his favorite Pokemon, which is why he was traveling through the region. It is then revealed that N fought Alder -- and won. The legendary Dragon responds to the stone in your bag, and then Team Plasma's castle rises from the ground surrounding the Pokemon League, piercing it with staircases. N goes up the one nearby, saying that everything will be decided in the castle.
Cheren will then appear and speak with Alder. Both of them tell you their reasons for why Pokemon shouldn't be separated from humans, and they want you to tell N.
Go up the stairs and into the castle.
Team Plasma's Castle
<= 1F =>
As you enter, six of the Team Plasma Seven Sages will approach and speak with you. Before they can begin their attack, some of the Unova Gym Leaders will appear and hold them off. Go northwest between two pillars, then east and up the staircase.
<= 2F =>
Travel east and you'll soon encounter a Shadow Triad member. He'll show you the room where you can heal your Pokemon - go inside and speak with the purple-haired woman to do so. Go into the northeastern corner of the room to find a Max Potion.
When done, exit and go far to the east and up the stairs.
<= 3F =>
The first room you encounter on this floor will have a PC inside that you can use to change your Pokemon around. Continue west in the hall. The second room will have a Max Revive inside; the last room has a Team Plasma Grunt that can transport you to the Pokemon League, which is useful if you need some more items. You can also return from there. Another Grunt in the room will give you an Ultra Ball.
Continue west to encounter another Shadow Triad member. After you regain control, go upstairs.
[On a late note -- I am going to reference your Elite Four team in the two boss battles ahead. I would drop your Durant from the line-up though; you will need that slot empty for something else...]
<= 4F =>
As you enter this floor, you'll be pointed out to the northern room by a Shadow Triad member. This room was the room N was given, probably as a kid. There are a lot of children's playthings inside. There will also be a Rare Candy in the middle of the skateboarding half-pipe. Go one room east to find a Full Restore. Then go further east and up the stairs.
<= 5F =>
This floor is doorway-less, save for one. Try to go through it and Ghetsis will appear and reveal the whole plan of Team Plasma -- to have everyone free their Pokemon ... so that Team Plasma will be the only ones to have Pokemon! He will spread his influence to other regions, so he rule the world.
Anyhow, go north into the room and N will soon begin to speak. After he is done, go further north to meet N, who notices that you still lack the other legendary Dragon. He challenges you to a battle and his Zekrom/Reshiram will burst through the wall and into the room. Soon afterwards, your Light/Dark Stone will respond and spawn the other legendary: Reshiram (Black) or Zekrom(White). You can save before battling. Once you're ready, battle it!

After the battle, Alder will explain to N that, despite not agreeing earlier, that doesn't mean that they cannot work together. Ghetsis is soon taken away by Cheren and Alder. N stays and reveals to you more about himself. After meeting you in Accumula Town so long ago, and noticing that your Pokemon actually liked you, he began to doubt his beliefs and those of Team Plasma. As he journeyed, he met and saw more and more Pokemon like yours; those that enjoyed being with their Trainers. He tells you to follow your dreams and bids you farewell...
The credits will then roll and you'll see N fly off on Zekrom/Reshiram...
